You know them. You love them. You eat at their restaurants. And you may have even seen them cook at Publix Apron's Cooking School before. But you've never seen award-winning chefs Dennis Chan of Blue Bamboo and Tom Gray of Bistro Aix on the Apron's stage together.

For the first time ever, Chef Dennis and Chef Tom will be preparing some of their most popular dishes right before your eyes while sharing cooking tips and techniques, shopping advice, scoop about celebrity guests and stories from the line.

While the menu hasn't been announced yet (we'll let you know when it is), we can tell you it's a three-course meal complete with wine pairings—and an experience you won't soon forget.
